Effective August 3rd, PSL will operate as a managed portfolio incorporating multiple strategy types: long equity positions, tactical hedges, multi-leg option structures, and periodic covered short puts. This diversification reduces capital intensity while maintaining alpha generation.

Trading frequency will align with opportunity quality, not calendar. Some days will feature new positions or adjustments. Other days will be quiet—monitoring and rebalancing existing holdings only.

Quality and risk management standards remain unchanged. Expect communication only when actionable—silence indicates monitoring or preparation, not inactivity.

Implementation

This transition is effective August 3rd. The first portfolio composition under this model will be communicated before market open that morning. We will continue to operate with the same analytical rigor and risk discipline you have come to expect from Esfera.
